‘Dragon’s Blood Tree’ Calcite – Fujian, China

A limited new find from Xinluo District, Longyan, Fujian, China collected 2025. This extraordinary crystal is titled “Dragon’s Blood Tree” Calcite due to its resemblance to the mythical Dragon Blood Tree, with its vivid pink UV reaction akin to the crimson sap it secretes.

These specimens display columnar calcite growing on dogtooth calcite ‘stem’ formations, alongside metallic pyrite and deep grey pyrolucite, creating a unique floral appearance.

Likely the most unique Calcite we’ve ever laid eyes one, a unique find ideal for both serious collector’s and spiritualists – with a combination of metaphysical properties that pack a punch.
