We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 days of receiving your order.
UK Shipping Costs
All UK orders are sent Royal Mail 48hour tracked & signed for
- UK Delivery up to 4.5kg – £5.95
- FREE UK Delivery when you spend over £100 (up to 4.5kg)
- UK Delivery from 4.5kg to 9kg – £15
- UK Delivery from 9.01kg to 18kg – £20
- UK Delivery from 18.01kg to 40kg – £50
- UK Delivery over 40.01kg – £80 or as agreed on larger items
European Shipping Costs
- European Shipping up to 1.7kg – £18
- European Shipping over 1.7kg – please contact us for a quote
Rest of the World Shipping Costs
- Rest of the World Shipping up to 1.7kg – £35
- Rest of the World Shipping over 1.7kg – please contact us for a quote
All items are sold as seen and we are happy to provide extra photos or videos upon request.
All orders are meticulously packaged however if in the unfortunate/unlikely event that something arrives to you damaged, please contact us to arrange a return. If you return to us, where possible in the original packaging, we will be happy to offer a full refund including postage, however the return postage will be at your own expense.
If you are not happy with your item/s, the Consumer Contracts Regulations means you have the right to return within 14 days of when you receive your goods. Please contact us to arrange a return and if you send the item/s back to us in it’s original condition and in the original packaging, we will be happy to give you a full refund including postage, however return postage will be at your own expense.
The rates shown on our website are taken from the European Central Bank. These rates are for indicative purposes only – your payment provider may have higher or lower rates, meaning you may pay slightly more or slightly less for your purchase on our website.
