Carpe X Salunke

Carpe Crystals x Salunke have collaborated to create an ethically made, limited edition collection using an innovative material called Pinatex. It is designed to be used as an alternative to animal skins and faux leather plastics and is made from pineapple leaf fibre that is an agricultural waste product of the regular pineapple harvest. We have connected sustainable materials with jewellery grade crystals to create a luxury, one of a kind purse that is natural, sustainably-sourced, cruelty free with a low environmental impact and high social responsibility.

Each crystal has been hand cut in Brazil and set in a bespoke custom made setting. The crystals have been chosen for their individual and powerful properties; Citrine for its money manifestation, said to aid in acquiring and maintaining wealth and Green Aventurine for being lucky and its ability to ensure success in every situation.

Each purse is hand-made by us and is completely unique! It takes about 2 hours to make each purse and due to the nature of the natural materials used, the crystals and purses will vary slightly in colour and some imperfections are to be expected.

Each wallet comes packaged in a recyclable gift box tied with a black and gold or silver satin ribbon to match the hardware of your wallet. Alternatively you can also choose to have a red satin ribbon if purchasing as a Valentine’s Day gift!

For every purse purchased one tree will be planted in our very own Carpe Crystals grove in the Scottish Highlands.
